He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Bebout and Constance Stanish Bebout. He is survived by: his sons, Michael R. Bebout, Jr., David J. Bebout and Sonny R. Heckathorne; and his brother James E. "Jimmy" Bebout (Debbie) of Washington. He is also survived by several grandchildren and two nephews.
