He is survived by: his mother Olive Thomas of South Carolina; his pet Gidget; his children, Michael Dennis Slider II (Nikki) of Minerva, OH, Jacob Slider of Illinois, Karli Slider, April Slider of Waynesburg and Mary Slider of Rogers, OH; his siblings, Jason Slider (Alecia) of Avella and Pamela Skirble (Jeff) of Washington; his nephews, Josh and Steven; and his stepmother Nancy Slider. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren.
