He is survived by: his children, Odessa Copney (Emanuel Brown), Dominque DeBerry, Roland Copney and Miranda Koon (Steven); his siblings, Jim Copney (Brenda) of Wheeling, WV, David Copney and Kim McCoy (Victor); his stepbrother Ronnie Roland (Cynthia); and his aunts, Queenie, Kathy and Rosie.
