We are sad to announce that on January 10, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Maxine Hughey (Washington, Pennsylvania), born in Atlasburg, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Stiffler and Lois Stiffler (Ellington); her son Danny Hughey (Mary) of Fredericktown; and her siblings, Jimmy Stewart, Jeanne Haynes and Tommy Stiffler.
She is survived by: her husband Bill Hughey; her children, Beth Mohr (Don) of West Finley, David Hughey (Denise) of Washington and Megan Grudi of Washington; her sister Kathy Stiffler of Tehachapi, CA.; her grandchildren, DJ Mohr (Jamie), Heather Mohr (TJ Gojmerac), Darla Hughey, Dany Smith and Eli Hughey; and her sister-in-law Barb Phillips. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Washington City Mission at 84 West Wheeling Street, Washington, PA 15301 as Maxine cared deeply about those in need.
