Matthew R. Phillips Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Matthew R. Phillips of Washington, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 6, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Matthew shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Matthew farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Matthew Phillips and Velma Phillips (Hixenbaugh); his grandsons, Justin M. Phillips, Scott Phillips and Dakota Phillips; and his great grandchildren, Rylee M., Oliver and Jaxon Phillips.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Arise Christian Fellowship (682 Broad St, Washington, PA 15301).
