She was predeceased by: her parents, George C. Wagner and Daisy Wagner (Kantner); her husband Walter B. Rowland; and her siblings, Eleanor Fraser, Mildred Lambert, George Wagner, Virginia McBurney, Ruth Evans, Robert Wagner, Eugene Wagner and Dorothy Burrell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Speicher (Brian) of Johnstown, PA, Nancy Mosser (Mike) of Morgantown, WV and Susan Featherston (Dave) of Charlotte, N. C.; her grandchildren, Stacy Rosenbaum (RJ) of Clearfield, PA, Kristen Lewis (Lorin) of Charlotte, NC, Ryan Mosser (Alicia) of Charlotte, NC, Kate Byford (Dave) of Potomac, MD, Emily Featherston of State College, PA and Nick Featherston of Charlotte, NC; and her great grandchildren, Zoey Rosenbaum, Kennedy Lewis, John Mosser, Elle Mosser, Mary Mosser, William Byford and Morgan Byford.
