We are sad to announce that on January 21, 2021, at the age of 91, Martha E Hughes of Washington, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William T. McDowell and Sarah Grace McCracken McDowell; her husband Herbert Dallas "Herky" Hughes; and her siblings, Irwin "Duffy" McDowell, John McDowell and Malvina Mounts.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Hughes (late Meri) of Washington, Cary Hughes (Amy) of Gibsonia and Jodi Derrow (late Chuck); her grandchildren, Eva Hughes, Ethan Hughes and Stacy Herrick (Andy); and her great grandchildren, Abbey, Miles and Ella Herrick. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
She was of declining health with dementia and died of Covid-19.
