She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Mounts (O. H.) and Grace Elizabeth Mounts (Pettit); her former husband Richard M. Hoover; her grandson Richard Hoover; and her siblings, Homer Mounts, Harland Mounts, Edna Mounts, Alice Breese, Gladys Henderson, Ida Strawn, Mary Hathaway, Birdie Westfall, Grace Horne and Dessie Mounts.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph McConn; her children, Rick Hoover (Barb) of Washington, Mike Hoover (Jodie) of Washington and Becky Grice (Bruce) of Washington; her stepsons, Jeff McConn (Peggy), Alexander and Rod McConn (Joey) of West Middletown, PA; her grandchildren, Brian Hoover (Robyn), Derek Hoover (Chastity), Bruce Grice (Meighan), Brent Grice (Christina), Blake Grice (Rachel Adams), Chad Hoover and Allee Hoover; and her stepgrandchildren, Bridget McConn, Caitlyn McConn, Jeffrey P. McConn, Jr., Tyler, Austin and Chasten McConn. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
