It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marcy L Conklin of Washington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 2, 2020, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Kathy L. and Thomas E. Kelley, Jr. of Washington; her children, Robert L. Mullen, Jr. of Washington and Essence N. Conklin of Washington; her brother Christopher M. Morris (Felecia Parkes) of Jamaica; her uncle Mark Conklin (Joy) of Georgia; her niece Kayla Morris of Jamaica; and her grandparents, Norma McKinney (late Carl) of Washington, Herman Ruse, Thomas Kelley, Sr. and Eva Kelley.
