She was predeceased by: her parents, James Gough and Alda Lutes Speck. She is survived by: her husband Stanley Horency; her children, Steven Horency (Ricki) of Washington and Denise Kapp (Kevin) of Washington; her sister Peggy Adams (Randy) of Washington; her granddaughter Sydney Kapp; her stepgrandchildren, Chase and Triston Valo; her friend Linda Wherry; her brother Roy E. Speck; and her stepfather Roy A. Speck. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to state-mandated Covid-19 restrictions, all services are private.
