It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Madge L Mihalek of Washington, Pennsylvania, born in Marianna, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 7, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dock Loar and Leah Mae Barr Loar. She is survived by: her daughter Jane Kyluck (Bill) of Imperial; her sister Betty Grace Loar Anderson of Washington; her grandchildren, Kristin Stickley (Jason), Aaron Kyluck (Nicole) and Kurt Kyluck (Fallon); her great grandchildren, Cooper Stickley, Chloe Alice Kyluck and Sierra Kathryn Kyluck; her niece Kim McMurray (John); her great grandchild Cody Stickley; and her brother George Barr.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Children's Hospital Pittsburgh in memory of Cody Stickley great grandson of Madge Mihalek.
