He is survived by: his children, Jan Henderson (Blaine) of Washington, Susan Budavich (Bill) of Washington, Louis Alan Aquilino (Lisa) of Washington and Samuel Aquilino (Lonna) of Washington; his sister Dolores Mayberry (Sam) of Washington; and his grandchildren, Blaine R. Henderson, Jaime L. Cowieson (Craig), James E. Tush III (Kelly), Owen W. Budavich (Megan), Kristi Knapp (Robert), Andrea Aquilino (Fiance' Kenny Dehan), Ashley Marie Dease (Patrick) and Samuel Michael Aquilino (Taylor Sari).
Due to the pandemic, the family has requested that visitation and funeral services be private.
