He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Barni and Katherine Twardon Barni; and his brother-in-law Douglas Strawn. He is survived by: his wife Kay Strawn; his children, Jeremy Barni (Kelly) of Washington, Julie Tabish of Lake Orion, MI and Joy Taylor (Derek) of Canonsburg; his siblings, Anthony Barni (Joanna) of Virginia, Judy Pittek (Walt) of Pittsburgh and Patti Weber of Houston; and his grandchildren, Zachary, Jacob, MacKenzie Tabish, Aaron, Noah Taylor, Matthew and Gianna Barni. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
