He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard J. Locke and Juanita Orzel Locke (Wilson). He is survived by: his wife Linda Locke (Dennison); his children, Timothy Locke (Jeanne) of White Oak and Jennifer Locke (Justin) of Urbana, IL; his grandchildren, James, June Leiby, Derek Tokosh, Christine Locke, Justin and Michael Cheeseman; and his sister Lucinda Tonkovic of Greer, SC.
