He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert G. Mack and Nellie M. Thomas Mack; his wife Agnes L. Norvell; and his brother Robert G. Mack III. He is survived by: his daughters, Stacey L. Vactor (Ted) of Maryland and Lenane Mack of Washington, PA; and his grandchildren, Tori Vactor, Aaron Vactor (Camille) and Ericka Hashi (Farah).
