She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Levers Jasek (Doug), Laura Levers Riley (Peter), Tracy Levers Fowler (Craig), Becky Cochran Yue (Michael), Beth Cochran Marincov (Brian), Ronald Jeffrey Cochran (Joyce) and Carl "Skip" Cochran (Chas Flexer); her brother Robert Phillips (Vern); and her nephew Craig Phillips.
