She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Robert Clugston Sr. and Emma Clugston (Holtzinger); her daughter Beth Ann Moorhead; her grandchildren, Jacob Lorelli and Angela Moorhead; and her brothers, Harold Jr., Elmer, Jack and Melvin Clugston.
She is survived by: her husband Roy A. Moorhead; and her children, LuAnn Burkey of Washington Township, Jodie R. Smith (Don) of Rockton, PA, Chris A. Moorhead (Susan) of Vandergrift and Tina M. Williams (Bob) of Washington Township. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
