She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ridge and Merle Davidson Ridge Darroch; her husband Stanley Blaine Cook; and her brother Thomas A Ridge. She is survived by: her children, Christopher Cook of Washington and Sarah Westfall (Robert) of Summerville, SC; her grandchildren, Anja, Caleb, Joshua Cook, Cassandra Siksa (Christopher), Jessica and Gregory Westfall; her brother John T Ridge (Judy) of Canonsburg; and her sister-in-law Georgie Goff-Ridge. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorial contributions be made to the Washington Health System School of Nursing, 155 Wilson Avenue, Washington, PA 15301.
