It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Ann Baker of Washington, Pennsylvania, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on September 11, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Judith Ann may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Judith Ann touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Mogan and Margaret Nelson Mogan; and her sister Peggy Carpenter. She is survived by: her son Kelley David Baker; her siblings, Frank James Mogan (Dianne) and Lois Trott (Bill Carpenter); her grandchildren, William H. Hughes III, Courtney Baker and Chloe Baker; and her great grandchild Jayde Hughes. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and her church family.
