He was predeceased by: his parents, Andy Miller and Olga Emerick Miller. He is survived by: his wife Anna Dean Miller; his children, Charles Riggs (Beth) of Waynesburg and Candice Otte (Gary) of Washington; his grandson Charles Riggs III; and his siblings, Paul, George, Andy, John and Anna. He is also survived by six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
