Shadeck (Lloyd Ealy) of Claysville, Nancy J. Blodgett (Tom) of Canonsburg, Betsy Cox (Timothy, Sr.) of Washington and Jennifer L. Rush (BJ) of Washington; his siblings, David H. Penn (Judy) of Claysville and Margorie Macneal of Claysville; his grandchildren, Jordan Engle (Aulbrey), Timothy Cox, Jr. (Brittany), Nathan Penn (Danielle), Nicholas Cox (Casey), Nicole Shadeck, Dylan Shadeck, Joel Rush, Gloria Rush, Jay Rush, Jon Rush, Grant Rush, Cora Blodgett, Colton Blodgett and Blake Blodgett; his great grandchildren, Lilly, Miley and Andi; his cousin Ethel Rose "Sis" Cummins; and his sisters-in-law, Emma Jane Rush (late William) of Claysville and Nancy Lee Devenney (late John Sr.) of Washington. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
