He was predeceased by: his father John E. Przystup. He is survived by: his mother Dolores Przystup (William Wilson) of Washington; his pet Buck; his spouse Kimberlea Lehew; his sons, Ian Michael Przystup (Kati) of Washington and Devin Alexander Przystup (Nicole Stevenson) of Washington; his sister Kim Penvose (Gene) of Washington; his granddaughter Sloane Iris Przystup; his nephew Jason Penvose (Billie Jones) of Washington; and his niece Melissa Weaver (Justin) of Eighty Four. He is also survived by two great-nephews; one great-niece; and many cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
