He was predeceased by: his parents, John Alva and Wilda Mulhollen (Clemens); his wife Nancy F Mulhollen (Curtis); his son Jon Scott Mulhollen; and his brother Rex Mulhollen.
He is survived by: his daughters, Joyce Maciak (Mulhollen) of Washington, PA, Brenda Mulhollen (Terry Wiggins) of Canonsburg, PA and Jaye Lynn Mulhollen (Gabrielle Hundley) of Washington, PA; his great grandchild Natalia Maciak; and his stepgrandsons, Garry and George Stephenson.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Mullenbach Funeral Home (669 Main St, Follansbee, WV 26037). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
