She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Elaine Martin and Edwin "Whitey" Martin; her siblings, Richard Martin, Beth Sapp and JC Martin; her husband Phil Armstrong; her children, Scott Armstrong (Michelle), Leah Billie (Dan) and Bethany Anderson (Ryan); and her grandchildren, Lauren Hyland (Ryan), Tyler Billie, Austin Armstrong, Isabella Armstrong, Avery Anderson and Emery Anderson.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Central Assembly of God (155 McGovern Rd, Houston, PA 15342).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Janis' memory to Central Assembly of God or The ALS Association.
