She is survived by: her children, Michael Anthony Brach and Michelle Lynne Anderson (Philip Jr.); her grandchildren, Meghan Elizabeth Johnson (Michael), Rebecca Ann Crowe (Rachel Arcuri), Matthew Anthony Dever (Natalie Clayton), Isabelle Rose Anderson and Merinda Jeanne Anderson; her great grandchildren, Avery Layne Crowe and Rylan Elias Crowe; her brothers, John West (Donna) and Ronald West (Roseanne); her niece Susan; and her nephews, Jim, Randy, Rich and Roger West.
