She was predeceased by: her parents, John L. Thiel and Flora F. Thiel (Helling); her husband Laird E. Boddorf; her grandson Michael C. Polatas; and her sister Emily Schmelter.
She is survived by: her children, Alan Boddorf (Phyllis) of Austin, TX, Judy Sarver (Joe) of Washington, PA and Carol Polatas (Steve) of North Canton, OH; her grandchildren, Danielle Sarver-Pinkerton (Justin), Janine Dyson (Eric), Sara, Casey, Matthew, Tessa Polatas, Tyler, Austin Boddorf, Meghan Irby (Cody) and Haley McKissack (Scott); and her great grandchildren, Ryal McKissack and Wyatt Irby.
