He was predeceased by: his mother JoAnne Martin Shultz. He is survived by: his father Jack Shultz of Arizona; his children, Meghan Shultz (Zach Parr), Mariah Shultz (Will Luckey) and Mason Shultz; his close friend Lisa Harden; and his siblings, Janine Skuse of Houston, Joy Kalafatis (Andrew) of Houston and John Shultz (Kim) of Avella. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
