He was predeceased by: his parents, Laurence Scouten and Patricia "Patty" Taylor Scouten. He is survived by: his children, Katrina Scouten of Oil City and Jody Gwin of Corry; his brothers, Dana Scouten (Carol) of Corry and Randy Scouten (Rhonda) of Spartansburg; his close friend Becky Ruffner of Pittsburgh; and his grandson Jacob Kennelley. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
