He is survived by: his spouse Dana Briggs; his children, Roc Dabney of Washington, James Russell Dillie III of Washington, Marina Dillie of Miami and Evelyn Dillie of Burgettstown; his brother Justin Whipkey (Edwena) of Richeyville; his half-brother Lance Dillie (Jenny) of Bettendorf, Iowa; his sisters, Tina Gray (David Anderson) of Washington and Cassandra Whipkey (Robert Lees IV) of Belle Vernon; his granddaughter Ellie; his stepfather Charles Whipkey; and his cousins, Kim, Christie, Keith and Brian Ellis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
