He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Weikel and Alice Weikel. He is survived by: his children, April Betzner (Eric), Julie Garber (Pat) and James Weikel (Beth); his grandchildren, Jacob Betzner (Emily) and Rachel Betzner; his wife Marcia Weikel; and his siblings, Joseph, Frank Weikel and Rita Kaulius. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
