He was predeceased by: his parents, Ardra E. Loker and Gertrude Elizabeth Olson Loker; his wife Rose Mary Kelly; and his siblings, Arlean Loker, Mona Loker and William Loker.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sheila M. Miller (Peter) of Orlando, FL, Cheryl A. Banfield (David) of Washington, Carol J. Webb (Michael Jr.) of Somerset and Christine L. Talbert of Washington; and his grandchildren, Mishelle of Michael, III, James, Matthew, Carl, Joshua, Christopher, Ryan and Eric. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
