With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jack Lee Zydonik Sr. of Washington, Pennsylvania, born in Kittanning, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 22, 2020 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley A. Zydonik and Lucille Zydonik Colella (Mohr); and his brother Gus Colella. He is survived by: his grandchild Addison "Pookie"; his wife Carole J. Zydonik (Moore); his children, Jack L. Zydonik, Jr. (Teresa) of Kittanning and Jeanne Z. Andree (Bill) of Washington Township; his grandchildren, Josee L. Zydonik of Morgantown, WV, Elliot T. Zydonik of Kittanning and Addison H. Andree of Washington Township; and his siblings, Stanley A. Zydonik (Linda) of Vandergrift, Sam Colella (Louise) of Wilmington, NC, Florence Zydonik-Clever of Kittanning and Harry Zydonik of Greensburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to state mandates regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, the visitation will be limited to 25 people at a time, and please wear masks, and respect social distancing.
