He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Rutan and Ruth Walker Rutan. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Loughman; his children, Charles Rutan of Washington, Richie Rutan of Ohio, Ricky Rutan (Denise) of Ohio, Harry Hartzell (Pat Gorski) of Butler, Roger Hartzell of Bethel, Diane Rutan (Tom) of Ohio and Tammy Burgess (William) of Houston; and his siblings, Berry Rutan of Ohio, Linda Rutan of Washington and Ralph Rutan. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, there will be no public visitation or service.
