He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard E. Dye and Ellen Carroll Dye. He is survived by: his children, Brenda L Lucas of Washington, Keith H. Dye (Donna) of Ft. Myers, FL and Kevin M. Dye of Washington; his sisters, Carol A. Earliwine of Washington, Linda Happe (Glenn) of Port Charlotte, FL and Helen Winters (Jim) of Washington; his grandchild Ranee Fleites; and his brother-in-law Richard P. Earliwine.
