He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Beattie and Mildred Ruffner Beattie; and his wife Alfretta Pearl Baughman Beattie. He is survived by: his children, Paul E. Beattie of Washington Township and Gail Lynn Campbell (Timothy) of Natalie; his granddaughters, Tiffany Spencer (Christopher) and Chrystal Mantilla (Christopher); and his siblings, Darby Ziccarelli of Lower Burrell, Gay Verner (Richard) of Lower Burrell, George Beattie (Ellis) of New Kensington and Bruce Beattie (Mary Ella) of New Kensington. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
