She was predeceased by: her parents, Emory Ellsworth and Mary Belle Barker Cunningham; her husband Robert J. Warrick Sr.; and her siblings, Paul, Glen, Carl Cunningham, Madge Michael and Nell Cunningham.
She is survived by: her children, Rachel B. Warrick of Washington and Robert J. Warrick Jr. (Andrea); her brother Walter Cunningham of West Virginia; and her granddaughter Rose Warrick.
