He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kramer and Martha Heaps Kramer; his wife Helen J. Kramer; his son George Kramer; and his siblings, George Kramer (Ruth), Mildred Duran (Michael) and Jaunita Shoup (Wilbur).
He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Mary Beth Kramer of North Fay; and his sibling Twp. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
