He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank W. Dicks, Sr. and Margaret O. Kiger Dicks. He is survived by: his daughters, Bobbi Bateson of Washington, Joyce Carpenter (Paul) of Augusta, NJ and Brenda Hunt of Washington; his brother Robert Dicks (Bonnie) of Washington; his grandchildren, Melissa, Andrew Bateson of Washington and Aimee Willsey of Westfield, NJ; his great grandchild Kaprice Johnson; and his siblings, Betty Jean Baker, Margaret Ann Hohn and David Dicks.
