He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Brown Sr. and Eva Gorby Scarberry (late Clarence); his wife Sandra Yater Brown; and his brother Bobby Brown. He is survived by: his children, Frank W. Brown (Christine) and Candida Brown; his grandchildren, Kain Brown, Raelee Brown, Bryan Byers and Morgan Byers; his great grandchild Kolton Brown; his siblings, Earl Brown (Debbie), Don Scarberry (Carol), Ron Scarberry, Debbie Jones (Jay) and Donna Scarberry; and his nephew Shawn McClain. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
