He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank M. and Mary Duriancik, Sr. (Horvat); and his siblings, Mildred Nalepka, Mary Ann Duriancik and Henry Duriancik.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce M. Duriancik (Hrivnak); his sons, Frank M. Duriancik, III (Lisa) of Manassas, VA and Mark P. Duriancik (Kelli) of North Apollo; his grandchildren, Zachary, Owen, Jake Duriancik and Sydney Duriancik; and his siblings, Dolores "Dee" Reilly of Oklahoma Borough and Paul Duriancik (Suzanne) of Vandergrift. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
