She is survived by: her husband Dr. John Chupinsky; her siblings, Olga Povich of Houston, PA and Nick Petronka of Washington; her siblings-in-law, Irene McCullough of Erie, PA, Geri Petronks of Washington, PA and Dan Chupinsky of Toledo, OH; and her brothers, John Petronka, Frank Petronka, Pete Petronka and Michael Petronka.
