With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eugene Neff (Washington, Pennsylvania), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on December 1, 2019 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Willis and Mary Brown Neff; his daughter Janeen Neff; and his sister Dorothy Neff. He is survived by: his sibling Falls; his wife Phyllis Wampler Neff; his sons, Eric Neff (Jen) of Ft. Mill and Andrew Neff (Debbie) of Washington; and his grandchildren, Caleb Neff, Joshua Neff, Jeremiah Neff, Grace Neff, Isaac Neff, Renee Neff, Sunny Shaw, Sydney Shaw and Sam Shaw.
