She is survived by: her husband Gary Chase, Sr.; her children, James Coffield (Carol) of Houston, Gary Chase, Jr. of New Eagle, Steve Chase of Washington, Donna Rudy (Patrick Harris) of Washington and Kimberly Sygenda (Dustin Ackley) of Washington; her siblings, Bill Cox of Washington, Shirley Franco of Aleppo and Sandy Cox (Sherman Brown) of Washington; her grandchildren, Christina, Aidan, Schea, Deegan, Nicholas and Madison; her great grandchildren, Jacob, Dilly and Shayne; her siblings, Eugene Moore, John Cox, Margaret Symanski and Edith Gallagher; and her grandson Michael Rudy. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
