It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsie L. Rouff (Washington, Pennsylvania), born in Derrick City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 6, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stuart Larson and Nellie Larson (Lawson); her former husband Donald A. Rouff; her close friend Oliver "Pat" Nicholas; and her sister Mary Lea Maitland.
She is survived by: her son Dr. Keary J. Rouff (Tammi) of Allegany, NY; her grandson Kellen J. Rouff (Stephanie); her stepgranddaughter Danielle Lewis; and her daughter-in-law Cathy Rouff. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
