She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter H. Moore and Edith C. Moore Shrontz. She is survived by: her husband George W. Plutch; her daughters, Wanda Bell (Keith), Anita Knight (Mark) and Colleen Donahoo (Floyd); her siblings, Harold Moore, Nadine Mitchell and Juanita Bradley; her sisters-in-law, Amanda Moore, Elizabeth Moore and Janet Plutch; her grandchildren, Deanna, John, Kristina, Jessica, Eddie, Joel, Janelle, Kayla, Brandon, Bryan, Marissa and Matt; and her brothers, Bradley Moore and Brian Moore. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
