He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward R. Zelenka Sr. and Edith Mae Powers Zelenka. He is survived by: his siblings, Rebecca Cecchine (Dave) of Washington, PA, Stephen Zelenka of Washington, PA and Debbie Winfield of Ebinsburg, PA.; and his nephew John Burnette.
