She is survived by: her children, Sheldon Hal Shipe (Billie Sue) of Washington, Mark Shipe (Stacey) of Acworth, GA, Linda Shipe of Washington, Connie Selvaggi of Washington and Karen Martin (Richard) of Florida; her grandchildren, April Martin, Michael Martin, Melissa Minnear, Anthony Selvaggi, Mark Paul Shipe, Thomas Shipe, Leslie Shipe and Linsie Shipe; her great grandchildren, Kylie Roberts, Mikaela Martin, Juliana Martin, Madison Martin, Aria Selvaggi and Lidia Selvaggi; her daughter Laurel Shipe; her son-in-law William Selvaggi; and her siblings, Walter, Fred Fowler, Virginia Fowler, Josephine Carmichael, Jane Dague and Annabell Porter. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
