She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Paxton and Wilma McConnell Paxton; and her husband John H. Riggle. She is survived by: her children, Jay Riggle (Cathy) of Erie and Lynn Riggle of Mercer; her grandchildren, Amy Carlisle (Ryan), Emily Neal (Ryan), Mark Riggle (Jessica) and Eli Blasko (Lydia); her great grandchildren, Alice, Penny Carlisle, Griffin Potts, Baylon, Vivienne Neal, Henry, Theo Riggle and Rowan Blasko; and her sisters, Marjorie Meneely of Washington and Isabelle Alderson of Washington. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the McIlvaine-Speakman Funeral Home LTD. (27 Cherry Ave, Houston, PA 15342). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
