He was predeceased by: his parents, John Osko and Imogene Chapman; and his siblings, Johnny, Gene, Andy and Diane (Dee Dee).
He is survived by: his wife Amy; and his sister Barbara Maglaya (late Jerry). He is also survived by uncle, three aunts, a niece, five nephews, several great nieces and nephews and cousins.
