He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Glover and Viola Beck Seibert; and his wife Leah R. Vankirk. He is survived by: his children, Scott Seibert (Theresa) of Washington, Tracey Seibert (Trish) of Washington and Kelly Young of Washington; his grandchildren, Brent Laurine, Joshua Young (Ryan), Cory Young (Heather), Natalie Seibert (Dustin) and Matthew Seibert (Natasha); his great grandchild Liam Young; his sister Shirley Glendenning; and his stepfather Harold Seibert.
